Dr. Mike Yeadon on Respiratory Viruses
They don't exist and disease is not spread person to person
You may be aware that Dr. Mike Yeadon previously served as the chief scientist and vice-president of the allergy and respiratory research division of the drug company Pfizer. He recently signed on to a document referred to as Settling the Virus Debate.
A message was sent through a Telegram channel (full statement below) in which he stated:
I’m aware this two page backgrounder & experimental proposal aims to show whether or not viruses exist, focusing on SARS-CoV-2. I’m a signatory because, having given a lot of thought to the entire proposition, I now believe it’s yet another of the lies to which we’ve been subject. In the case of scientists, even those in commercial drug discovery, have taken as fact that viruses exist without ever reviewing the original papers.
When you read the earliest such paper, you may get that hollow feeling in your abdomen (as I did) when you realise that what’s being described does not conform to “the scientific method”.
One of the facts that I remember caused me serious problems, early in 2020 (though I confess I simply forgot about it, I think because I naturally assumed the problem was mine) was that no one could get the alleged virus to grow in lining cells from human lungs.
Now, we have to accept, surely, that if there is a transmissible agent that’s spread by release into exhaled breath, droplets etc. & causes among other things respiratory illnesses, it MUST freely infect these lining cells.
These are called “normal human bronchial epithelial cells” (NHBE) & though not easy to do, with practise it’s possible to culture these in a very standard manner. When I was in R&D, leading lung / respiratory / allergy research for many years, we routinely employed NHBE as test systems, for example to look at the effect of experimental medicines & other stimuli on airway lining cells.
How it could be possible that NHBE don’t easily support replication of an alleged respiratory virus is severely problematic in my view.
He has recently appeared on video on Hearts of Oak also posted on Rumble in which he takes it one step further and states the following (at the 13:50 minute mark):
Here’s what I think, briefly, what has happened. It’s quite easy. The powers that be, I’ll call them the perpetrators, the people running this global crime, it’s a global crime to take over all of humanity. What they’ve done is they’ve pretended that there was a serious new respiratory viral health threat, this virus in Wuhan.
In my opinion there never was an exaggerated, there never was any new health threat whatsoever. Partly the beauty of this is it can’t go wrong, there are no moving parts, the only moving part is the PCR test.
The initial thing, an exaggerated health threat. Now, some people believe there is a new virus but if so it is not any more serious than influenza, not really because flu vanished at the same time by sheer coincidence.
Personally, I have come to the conclusion and I will credit Andrew Cowan, (he combined the names of Tom Cowan and Andrew Kaufman) and his colleagues, I had a really good chat with those guys early in 2020 and it bothered me, bothered me, bothered me.
I realized over time I could no longer maintain my understanding of respiratory viruses as I thought I knew them and then I learned a new bit of information recently and it was just, it collapsed the possibility that respiratory viruses exist at all. They don’t.
People do get ill, people are ill, they have exactly the same illnesses, Peter, and your listeners, have exactly the same illnesses as before that horrible Yeadon says viruses don’t exist, they still have quotes colds, they still have quotes flu, I think we don’t know what causes them and they’re not respiratory viruses.
So what is the new bit of information he learned that respiratory viruses exist at all? He doesn’t elaborate, but it could be that there is no evidence that SARS-CoV-2 has been found in any human being or that the genome was constructed rather than discovered. Perhaps he will elaborate in a future interview.
Full Statement
Now, we have to accept, surely, that if there is a transmissible agent that’s spread by release into exhaled breath, droplets etc & causes among other things respiratory illnesses, it MUST freely infect these lining cells.
These are called “normal human bronchial epithelial cells” (HNBE) & though not easy to do, with practise it’s possible to culture these in a very standard manner.
I don’t treat this as a religious matter. I couldn’t care less one way or another whether viruses as a class exist. That’s not the problem.
The problem is that essentially the entire world is hostage to the testable but untested assumption that SARS-CoV-2 is a bona fide infective agent of human airways.
But, telling us that this alleged virus simply won’t grow in NHBE, that’s OK, is it?
Many cell types used in labs are transformed / immortalized cell lines. They often bear no resemblance to the type of tissue they came from. Changes often occur such that they are unlike the natural situation.
But NHBE are PRIMARY cells, taken often from living people & quickly grown in cell culture, using air/liquid interface apparatus. Because their apical surfaces face the air & their basolateral aspect in under water, they retain morphology & behaviour that is, as far as we can tell, identical to the situation in your own airways.
They respond well to several therapeutic drugs like corticosteroids, to pro-inflammatory stimuli like allergens, bacterial toxins, cigarette smoke & condensate, ozone & the like, the are well accepted as a good model for human airway lining cells.
I therefore believe if it’s true that scientists cannot get SARS-CoV-2 will not infect NHBE, that observation alone is extremely problematic.
Anyway, if you’re not already familiar with this controversy, please have a read of the statement & research proposition.
Many thanks
Mike
Hello, Genki Man. First time to your page, and glad to find it.
When I first came across Mike Yeadon, he was under attack, being slammed around, discredited, etc. I felt pretty sure he was not a "fake" and I liked him immediately.
It's entirely possible, and clearly very likely, that many, many people working in the field of virology and related, are like Mike, unaware that they've been bamboozled like the rest of us. That Mike is so outspoken, so mortified about his role in all this "virus" idiocy, and so compelled to "fix" what his career has been about, that I trust him 99.9%. I think he's a good person.
And after nearly three years of reading and listening to actual experts with actual integrity, like "Andrew Cowan," lol, I am a total anti-vaxxer (never much of a vaxxer anyway), I'm extremely, EXTREMELY mistrustful of pharma, allopathic medicine aside from trauma practices and some surgeries, and I'm VERY much taken with the idea of Terrain Theory and am excited about watching that develop. Thanks, and cheers!
I knew he was coming around. Im happy to see this.
And I am hopeful that enough people will take this proposal seriously, if anything to improve the integrity of the science currently being done.... not that I expect any of the results to make it to main stream, but, ya never know.....
